These devices are easy to install and work with Vertical, Venetian, Roller, Pleated and Roman blinds.  These clips are plastic and clear in colour. 

Please be advised that these cleats do require the user to take the cords and completely winds them around the cleat.

This simple device is attached high onto the adjacent wall.  Then the user takes the cord and/or chain and completely winds them around the cleat, thus preventing children getting caught around the chains/cords.
