All manufactured UC Blinds products are covered by a 12 month guarantee from the date of delivery based on the following points:

1.  The product has not been altered / adjusted or customised post production.

2.  The product has not been affected through installation by any third party.

3.  The product order does not sit outside UC Blinds recommended specifications.

Subject to the above, the warranty covers the following aspects:

1.  The product arrives in line with the customers specific order.

2.  The product operates in accordance with defined functionality before and after installation.

3.  The components operate in line with technical specifications.  All aspects of the product meet the relevant quality standards.

4.  The product properties do not change outside of normal reasonable limits post installation.

It is at UC Blind’s discretion to either repair or replace any defective material or components. Any remake or repair will be subject to stock conditions and alternatives may be used if and where necessary. All blinds to be repaired must be returned to UC Blinds at the customers expense for inspection and once the claim is upheld carriage will be repaid. UC Blinds do not fix blinds/products outside of UC Blind’s premises.

This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under UK law.

UC Blinds reserve the right to change any product specification without prior notification.


All orders are subject to approximate leadtimes. UC Blind’s endeavour to work to a standard,which on occasion may vary. UC Blinds will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from late delivery nor will such circumstances provide a basis for cancellation or a reduction in cost. UC Blinds will make every effort to ensure customers are notified of all out of stocks.

UK Mainland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands. If there is no answer from the receiver on the first attempted delivery a card will be left and the carrier will attempt to deliver the following day. Delivery will be attempted three times with a card left each time, after this, goods will be returned to sender. Delivery conditions apply.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all goods at the time of delivery. Inspection should cover product quality. UC Blinds must be notified within 4 days from receipt of goods of any shortage or damage or non conformance to order. Any evidence of damage at point of delivery must be signed for as damaged on point of delivery. Refusal of delivery for any reason must be notified to UC Blinds. If unable to deliver due to a customer failing, the customer will be liable for carriage cost if re-dispatch is required.


We try our best to represent colours and textures of all our blinds as accurately as possible, but due to varying computer monitors and settings customers are advised to request an actual sample. Samples may still have minimal colour variations as stated by the manufacturer.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

All of our window blinds are made to order and to your exact specification, we therefore do not accept changes, cancellations or liability for incorrect measurements given. We will however endeavour to do our best to help you rectify this and would be happy to discuss any such issues with you directly.
